Richie Farina, Moto Chef, Talks The Art Of Molecular Gastronomy (VIDEO)

While Chicago has traditionally been known as more of a meat-and-potatoes town, the city has also earned a reputation as home to some of the nation's most daring culinary experiences in recent years.

And among those is that offered by Moto, a West Loop hot spot located at 945 W. Fulton Market that has become known for their mastering of molecular gastronomy.

ChatChow TV recently spoke with Moto's chef de cuisine Richie Farina -- whom you might also recognize from season nine of "Top Chef" -- about his innovative culinary creations, including a stunning seasonal platter titled "Study of Venison."
