11 Best Colleges For 'B Students': US News & World Report List 2012

If you're looking for a solid college but have less than perfect grades, these schools are great bets, according to U.S. News & World Report.

"These colleges, which have strong ratings in the 2013 U.S. News Best Colleges rankings, accept a significant number of students with nonstratospheric transcripts," U.S. News writes.

Schools that made the cut had to retain an average of at least 75 percent of their freshmen the next fall to indicate a high level of student satisfaction.
