It's something of a weekend ritual: brunch. But somewhere between the side of buttered toast and the second mimosa, you might realize that what started as a hearty weekend meal with good company has suddenly become a calorie- and fat-laden diet derailer.
That doesn't mean brunch foods are completely off limits, however.
