TASTEMAKERS -- Last time, Chef Craig Deihl showed us how to fabricate a leg (and it was impressive). Now, he's letting us in on his meat extravaganza with mortadella, hot dogs and merguez sausage. We have two things to say about this. One, now we're hungry. Two, we wouldn't mind walking a day in Deihl's shoes.
