'Georgetown Cuddler' To Get New Trial

An Arlington man, known as the "Georgetown cuddler," will have a chance at a new trial after the DC Court of Appeals overturned his 2010 conviction, reports The Washington Post.

In 2010, Todd Matthew Thomas was convicted of five counts of first-degree burglary, one count of attempted second-degree burglary, two counts of assault and and one count of fourth-degree sexual abuse with aggravating circumstances, according to court records.
