Making pasta from scratch may seem like something only professional chefs and Italians do, but why should they have all the fun (AND be rewarded with the superiority of flavor that is freshly-made pasta)?

While all these things can happen -- and probably will when you're first learning -- we have one thing to say about it: buck up.
