On last Friday’s episode of “Katie,” Goldie Hawn revealed her own battles with stress, and what she does to overcome anxiety.

“All of a sudden I’m on television and my life changed forever so it was scary,” Hawn said of a particularly tough time in her life. “… Uncertainty, not knowing what your future is going to be, is really great but at the same time it can destabilize us.”
