Taking a seat should be synonymous with taking a load off, but that much sitting leaves us with stiff necks, sore backs and carpal tunnel. We've come to take the aches and pains of office work as just part of the job. Well, it's time to take them out of the job. New York chiropractor and muscle specialist Rob DeStefano sat us desk jockeys down to show us the safest way to get from nine to five.
