TASTEMAKERS -- We were excited about the dining scene before, but now that we know some restaurants are making Meyer lemon tempura we can hardly refrain from smiling. Ottolenghi recently ate at Toro Restaurant where he feasted on this culinary genius -- among other good looking dishes. We're not going to lie, we're jealous.
