According to The Hollywood Reporter, the "Glee" actor will star in the premium cable network's comedy pilot about a group of gay friends living in San Francisco. In the untitled project, from "Bored to Death's" Sarah Condon and writer Michael Lannan, Groff will play the openly gay Patrick, who is a successful video-game developer, but is less successful in his personal life.
