While East Coast residents stateside spent their Sunday mornings trudging through icy streets and digging out their cars from the snow, Danish royals enjoyed a nice afternoon sledding in Switzerland. Ah, how the other half lives...
Princess Mary of Denmark, our second favorite commoner-turned-royal, joined husband Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark and their four children in Verbier for a winter holiday. On the agenda? Sledding, posing for the press and, of course, fuzzy hat-wearing.
The family looked absolutely adorable in their snow bunny gear. Mary opted for a practical but stylish green parka with a gray poof ball hat, while the kiddos went with their own variations on the look. Special shout out to two-year-old Princess Josephine for her on-trend animal hat.
See the Danish royals enjoying the snow in Switzerland below -- hey, it's a nice distraction from the boring things we have to do in the snow today.
