Bad news, little monsters. Lady Gaga has canceled four of her upcoming tour dates.
Mother monster has cut her Feb. 13 and 14 shows in Chicago, Feb. 16 show in Detroit, and Feb. 17 show in Hamilton, Ontario. The singer took to her Twitter on Tuesday to announce the cancellations.
Gaga cited "synovitis (severe inflammation of joints)" as the reason for her cancelations, telling fans "I hope you can forgive me, as it is nearly impossible for me to forgive myself."
She has yet to comment on the status of her Feb. 19 show in Philadelphia, or the many scheduled performances after.
Gaga is in the midst of a legal battle with her former assistant, who is suing her for $400,000 in supposedly unpaid wages.
