In the latest episode of "Lilo & Sheen" (like "Lilo & Stitch" just with more cuss words and rehab), Charlie Sheen offered to pay for Lindsay Lohan's red carpet dress.
Us Weekly exclusively reports that Sheen, who previously lent Lohan $100,000 to pay off her debt, called stylist Phillip Bloch on Lohan's behalf and proposed to "go halfsies" on a gown for last week's amfAR Gala.
"Never in a business like this do you see a celebrity pay for another celebrity," Bloch told Us Weekly.
Unfortunately for Lohan, it was a "no good deed goes unpunished" situation: Lohan decided to top her glittery THEIA gown with an unflattering hooded fur coat that just screamed "Abominable Snowman" (although it did look rather cozy).
Lindsay's been relying on the kindness of others in recent months, as the IRS seized her bank accounts over unpaid taxes. The 26-year-old star borrowed money from Sheen and has also moved back in with her mother, Dina. And while she did recently complete a new film, "The Canyons," it appears it's not going to be the comeback hit she might have hoped.
But hey, at least she still gets to go to red carpet events. Check out Lilo's amfAR Gala look. Think it was money well spent by Sheen?
