Pratt Institute Hit Hard By Early-Morning Fire: 3 People Injured

A raging four-alarm fire tore through the top floor of the main building at Brooklyn’s Pratt Institute early Friday, severely damaging the historic structure and wiping out an art studio, officials and students said.
Two firefighters and a civilian were injured as smoke eaters battled the wild flames on the sixth floor of the Willoughby Ave. building for nearly two hours after they arrived about 2:15 a.m., officials said.
