The mornings just seem to be the most stressful time of the day. Between getting yourself (and others) ready to face the world and having to deal with factors beyond our control like train delays or traffic, there just doesn’t seem to be enough time to catch your breath, let alone think clearly about the day ahead.
So in our mission to figure out ways to de-stress our lives (and yours too!), we’ve come up with eight things to do before bed to help your mornings run a lot smoother. And while we know that, sometimes, it’s easier to put these little tasks off until the next day, learning to incorporate them into your nightly routine will make your mornings a little easier.
