"What Would Ryan Lochte Do?" You can find out on April 21, when the Olympic swimmer's new docuseries premieres on E!'s Sunday night block. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the six-episode series will debut at 10 p.m. EST, followed by the second season premiere of "Married to Jonas."
THR reports that the athlete's series will "showcase his day-to-day activities in and out of the pool, with a focus on his love life, his family and his friendships."
"[Lochte] is an incredibly endearing personality who is sexy, entertaining and fun," E! president Suzanne Kolb said in a statement. "Watching this show, I believe people will fall into three categories: They want to be him, sleep with him or mother him.”
Also hitting the airwaves in April is Ashton Kutcher's latest unscripted series, TV Land's "Forever Young." According to Variety, the half-hour show will premiere on April 3 at 10 p.m. EST with two back-to-back episodes. The series, hailing from Kutcher and Jason Goldberg's production company, Katalyst, follows a "Big Brother"-style format that documents what happens when five "juniors" under 30 move into a house with five "seniors" over 70.
"As TV Land continues to produce original series, we are broadening our horizons and looking at both scripted and unscripted shows," said TV Land president Larry W. Jones in a statement. "'Forever Young' is the perfect example of what TV Land values in its original programming: an intriguing concept with humor and heart at its core."
Will you watch "What Would Ryan Lochte Do?" or "Forever Young"?
Gabby Douglas, "The Vampire Diaries"
We know that all-around gymnastics champion Gabby Douglas is a huge fan of the CW drama (<a href="http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/08/06/olympics-team-usa-celebrity-fans_n_1749745.html" target="_hplink">and apparently the feeling is mutual</a>), so why not make her wish come true and bring her in as one of Bonnie's bewitching cousins? She's got a sweet spot for Ian Somerhalder and Elena is way too greedy, so maybe Gabby should cast a love spell on Damon next season.
Matt Mitcham, "Smash"
He's musically inclined -- take a look at his YouTube -- and easy on the eyes, two facts that make him a perfect fit for NBC's "Smash." That Aussie accent could melt the hearts of everybody from Ivy Lynn to Karen Cartwright.
Michael Phelps, "Parks & Recreation"
The reigning American golden boy would be a big get for a Pawnee event, and if there's one thing viewers know, it's that Leslie Knope dreams big. With Tom and Jean-Ralphio's Entertainment 720 know-how, a Pawnee pit-stop doesn't seem too unlikely.
McKayla Maroney, "Pretty Little Liars"
One of the USA's Fierce Five Olympic gymnastics team stood out for her attitude. McKayla Maroney certainly has the looks to be the perfect "Pretty Little Liars" guest star; she can serve up all the sass needed to stand out on the show (as exemplified by her now <a href="http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/08/11/mckayla-maroney-not-impressed-instagram_n_1768928.html" target="_hplink">infamous expression during the vault medal ceremony</a>, in which she received a silver after <a href="http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/08/05/mckayla-maroney-falls-in-_n_1744287.html" target="_hplink">falling on her behind</a>). Maybe she could be Aria's cousin who drops by Rosewood for a visit? She'll have to lose the <a href="http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/07/26/the-olympics-scrunchies-photos_n_1707176.html" target="_hplink">scrunchie</a> if she wants to fit in on this incredibly fashionable ABC Family show.
Allyson Felix, "Scandal"
After giving ABC's sophomore drama "Scandal" a shout-out on TV as one of her favorite shows, gold medalist Allyson Felix received tweets from the show's cast thanking her for the love, and now she's visiting the show's L.A. set this week. Maybe she can give them some inspiration for a sports-related PR scandal for Season 2 ...
Aly Raisman's Parents, "Modern Family"
Aly Raisman's parents: Best Olympics reactions ever. The two of them wouldn't even need to stop by "Modern Family" to get a shout-out -- can't you just see Mitch and Cam having similarly spastic reactions to Lily's first big gymnastics meet?
Nathan Adrian, "Revenge"
Considering how much <a href="http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/08/09/2012-olympics-athletes-and-their-celebrity-doppelgangers_n_1760075.html#slide=1350944" target="_hplink">Olympic swimming champion Nathan Adrian looks like Joshua Bowman</a>, who plays Daniel on "Revenge," Adrian should really make an appearance on the ABC drama as his long-lost twin brother. Victoria lied about her daughter Charlotte's origins so she could definitely have lied about Daniel's too. Plus, who wouldn't want to see Adrian sunbathing on the Hamptons beach?
Sanya Richards-Ross, "Football Wives"
The gold medal-winning sprinter who stole the show at the London games is married to Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback Aaron Ross. If they'd let reality TV cameras into their lives, they could easily emerge as the breakout power couple of VH1's "Football Wives."
Missy Franklin, "Glee"
Anyone who smiles as much as young gold medalist Missy Franklin needs to do a musical. The teen Olympic swimmer -- who showed off her lip-syncing and dancing skills in the <a href="http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/07/26/usa-olympic-swim-team-call-me-maybe-michael-phelps_n_1707870.html" target="_hplink">swim team's "Call Me Maybe" video</a> -- could clearly show the New Directions a thing or two. They really could have used her for <a href="http://youtu.be/PCDAxeuJn6I" target="_hplink">Will's poolside proposal to Emma</a>.
Lolo Jones, "The Virgin Diaries"
Olympic hurdler Lolo Jones may not have medaled in London, but she gained notoriety for her triumphant life story and proclamation that she's saving herself for her future husband. Who wouldn't tune in to watch the 29-year-old superstar's adventures in dating on TLC's "The Virgin Diaries"?
