The 2013 Oscars are barely over -- which means it's time to start thinking of 2014. (Is it too early to predict Tom Hanks as Walt Disney in "Saving Mr. Banks" and Nicole Kidman as Grace Kelly in "Grace of Monaco" as Oscar favorites? Probably, maybe, not really, why not?)

Thanks at least in part to 2013 host Seth MacFarlane, early Oscar ratings for this year's telecast were up from last year -- especially in the young male demographic. (This could also have to do with the fact that six of the nine Best Picture nominees were $100 million grossers.) That's good news for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences, but at what cost: reviews for MacFarlane were far from glowing, with some calling him out for hosting a show rife with sexist jokes and comments.

With that in mind, who should host the 2014 Academy Awards? Ahead, 16 men and women who the AMPAS should consider for Oscar host next year.
