If you're looking for a quick, delicious and super healthy recipe, turn to salmon. Celebrity chef and author Rocco DiSpirito dropped by Mondays With Marlo and gave us his favorite salmon recipe. Make a quick glaze of agave nectar, mustard, miso and sugar-free orange marmalade. Slather it on the salmon and stick the fish under the broiler for 8 minutes -- no turning necessary.
