Best friends are tough to find and sometimes even tougher to keep. But in the world of cinema, several movie duos have defied the odds and fostered some magical friendships both on-camera and offscreen. Though they may portray fictional stories of loyalty and trust, most viewers can't help but connect with the heartwarming and sometimes hilarious circumstances that plague these pairs.

Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson are the most recent duo looking to repeat their movie magic with their upcoming film "The Internship." Their last film together was 2005's "Wedding Crashers" and the recently released "The Internship" trailer seems to hint at another successful film for the two.
