Not just one, but two.

TASTEMAKERS -- It must be a real tough life being a chef, especially when you have to taste test cake for breakfast. (Please note the sarcasm in our voice.) We would do just about anything to be able to switch places with Ottolenghi for a day, especially if it meant skipping our oatmeal breakfast for an evaluation of orange chiffon cake and lemon meringue cheesecake.
