L'Anse Creuse, Harrison Township High School, Closed Due To Suspicious Person Sighting

(HARRISON TOWNSHIP, Mich.) -- L'Anse Creuse High School in Harrison Township was evacuated Tuesday morning after a suspicious person was spotted in the area of the school.



Published reports state that a male dressed in camouflage clothing was spotted and was thought to be possibly armed, prompting students to be moved to another location.



Macomb County Sheriff Anthony Wickersham says the person turned out to be a former student, who has since been taken into custody for questioning.
