Gerard Butler is coming clean about hooking up with "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Brandi Glanville.
During an interview with Bravo's Andy Cohen last year, Glanville said she had slept with Butler. The news made headlines because she rated him an 11 out of 10 in the sack, but Glanville told Cohen she was "in soooo much trouble" for going public with the info.
But on Tuesday, the "Olympus Has Fallen" actor finally admitted the reality star was telling the truth.
While sitting down with Howard Stern, Butler confirmed he and Glanville had sex, according to RumorFix. They met at a beach party, "had a little fun" and he thought that was that.
“[Then] suddenly, one day… a paparazzo runs in my face and says ‘So, Brandi Glanville says you’re great in bed!’” the 43-year-old told Stern. "You know what I said? 'Who's Brandi Glanville?' One, I didn't know her last name. And two, I didn't know she was a celebrity. And I didn't know she was going to go and f***ing tell people about it!"
He later called her to apologize for not knowing who she was but added that he was annoyed she blasted the information to the press.
Awkward? Definitely. But at this point Glanville, who has had to publicly deal with her ex-husband Eddie Cibrian cheating on her with his now-wife LeAnn Rimes, is probably used to awkward encounters.
Just last week, she had an uncomfortable run-in with her "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" co-star and foe, Adrienne Maloof, in the bathroom at the Polo Lounge.
Glanville reveals more about her escapades and heartbreaks in her new book, "Drinking and Tweeting: And Other Brandi Blunders." She recently appeared on HuffPost Live to discuss her story.
