The issue of women in the workplace often turns to childcare and family responsibilities, and can make employers nervous about whether female employees will need to leave to raise a family or take care of the kids -- but not all women want these things. This happens because mothers bear most of the burden in parenting, said Facebook COO and author Sheryl Sandberg when she dropped by Mondays With Marlo. The key is to make the discussion about parenting for both mothers and fathers, and not just focus on the moms.
