Rumors of Miley Cyrus' split from Liam Hemsworth have mainly focused on the star's missing engagement ring (she had an excuse for that one), but what about her new tattoo?
The 20-year-old was inked by Kat Von D on Friday, reigniting the break-up debate. On her Twitter account, Von D shared a photo of Miley's latest tattoo, calling it "a miniature rendition of a daVinci anatomical heart." A heart, huh? Perhaps the (possibly) engaged star was trying to tell us something about the state of hers...
Of course, body art is something that Miley and Liam share a passion for. Back in October, the 23-year-old Aussie got a Teddy Roosevelt quote tattooed on his arm to match the tattoo of a quote from the same speech his fiance got just a few months before.
But does the couple that inks together stay together? The former Disney actress has quite a collection of tattoos already, ranging from a dreamcatcher on her torso to a symbol of marriage equality on her ring finger. Miley chose two crossed arrows, which she referred to as a symbol of friendship, when Kat Von D tattooed her in February, so the subject matter of the art is something the singer takes seriously.
