'The Simpsons' St. Patrick's Day Without Alcohol Ends Predictably (VIDEO)

Posted: Updated:

New episodes of "The Simpsons" can be hit-and-miss, but we love this clip from 2008's "Sex, Pies and Idiot Scrapes," where Mayor Quimby declares an alcohol-free St. Patrick's Day parade in Springfield (this time without help from the Beer Baron).

Despite a lovely Irish lullaby from Lisa, the call to not drink yourself silly on National Drink Yourself Silly Day goes about as well as you'd guess as soon as the Nationalist Irish and the Unionist Northern Irish show up.
