Nicki Minaj was having fun on "American Idol" this week. There was some concern about taking the outspoken hip hop star to a live show, but she's been well-behaved so far -- Steven Tyler had more problems with cursing than she has so far. But this week, Nicki decided to start messing with the censors at Fox.

"I don’t know if I can say this word, maybe they’re gonna bleep me," Nicki said. And so they did, but it looked pretty clear that all she said was "bossy."

She did find a way around them at another point, though. "The pianist. Can’t bleep that! Ha, ha, ha, ha Fox!" she laughed.

Nicki was clearly enjoying herself, so Mariah Carey decided to have some fun of her own -- by messing with Nicki. "A shout out to all my Lambs in the land, since I have not spoken about them the entire time," Mariah said.

It seemed pretty clear she was calling out Nicki for shouting "Barbz" at her constantly throughout the show.

Oh yeah, and there was some singing going on, too. Check out "American Idol" for judges' banter and singing every Wednesday and Thursday at 8 p.m. ET on Fox.

TV Replay scours the vast television landscape to find the most interesting, amusing, and, on a good day, amazing moments, and delivers them right to your browser.
