WUSA 9 reports that the Fairfax County police are charging the teens, and recent Huffington Post Live guests, with seven counts of disorderly conduct and destruction of property.

The Vienna, Virginia teenagers, who post videos under theCHAIZYchannel name, milk prank videos received over 3 million views before being taken down. The trio started a messy trend. There are dozens of videos of teenagers from around the world tossing galloons of milk in air in supermarkets, intentionally falling and pretending it's difficult to get up.
