Sailor, Jeff Reyes, Meets His Baby For The First Time And Makes Us All Smile (PHOTO)

Posted: Updated:

There's nothing like the look on a new dad's face when he's handed his child for the first time. Sometimes that's right after the baby is born. Sometimes it's when Dad gets home after nine months at sea.

The U.S. Navy Flickr account posted this heartwarming shot of Construction Mechanic 2nd Class Jeff Reyes to their Flickr page on Thursday with the caption:

Construction Mechanic 2nd Class Jeff Reyes, assigned to the guided-missile destroyer USS Winston S. Churchill (DDG 81), meets his baby for the first time as the ship arrives in Norfolk. Winston S. Churchill returned from a deployment to the U.S. 5th and 6th Fleet area of responsibility.

Happy Easter weekend, indeed!
