Where: 821 Pardee Street, Berkeley
When: Sunday and Sunday, April 6th and 7th from 2:00pm to 4:30pm
What: A minimalist, 2-bed, 2.5-bath, 3-level condo in the flat industrial area of West Berkeley designed by architect Regan Bice and the winner of an AIA Merit Award in 2006, on the market three days and asking $599K. Although the listing images leave a lot to be desired (neither staged or high resolution) there are still great details, like the kitchen's custom exhaust hood (top) stretched along the window wall and a pantry/bar/laptop nook placed off to one side.
