Liz is in danger after her daughter makes a rookie mistake on "Swamp People."

Is it all fun and games on "Swamp People"? Not quite.

On Thursday night's episode, Liz and her daughter Jessica found themselves in a sticky situation when they caught a gator by its tail and Jessica wrapped the rope around her hand.

Liz quickly took over, but she was in horrible pain because of a recent surgery she'd had.

"It felt like someone was sticking knives directly into my stomach," Liz said. Jessica added, "I knew I had to do something but I just wasn't sure how to handle it."

But all's well that ends well: The mother-daughter duo were eventually able to haul the ten foot long, four hundred pound gator on board.
