Utchey Cabane, Orlando Man, Allegedly Told Sex Assault Victim She 'Should Learn From This Situation'

Sex Assault Victim Told She 'Should Learn From This Situation'

A Central Florida man is accused of holding a box cutter to a woman's neck, forcing her to perform oral sex and then telling her she "should learn from this situation."

The Orlando Sentinel reports that Utchey Cabane, 27, of Orlando allegedly chatted and walked with his victim down a busy street until he pushed her off the road into the grass late Thursday night.

EXPLICIT language below:

An arrest report obtained by The Huffington Post said Cabane "forced his penis into her mouth ... after about one minute he ejaculated into her mouth."

After the attack, the report said Cabane continued to walk with her, "apologized to her and told her that she should learn from this situation."

Cops caught up to Cabane after he called police to report that he had been assaulted. He initially told police that two men jumped him and started attacking him for no apparent reason. Cops now believe Cabane was punched in the face by the victim's brother. The brother told police that he and the victim went looking for Cabane after the assault.

Cabane eventually told police he went into the grass with the victim to "make out." He told cops that "making out" to him didn't mean kissing and instead meant oral sex, according to the report.

In an apology letter to the victim, Cabane said, "I didn't mean to harm you nor make you feel threaten [sic] cause I'm really not that kind of human being."

The victim picked Cabane's photo out of a lineup and he was arrested on charges of sexual battery with a deadly weapon, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and battery.
