Politicians' Foreign Language Skills Sometimes Work Out Amid Cringeworthy Tries (SLIDESHOW)

When Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) attempted to put her Spanish skills to use at a recent Boston immigration reform rally, she admitted her bilingual abilities might need some work.

"My Spanish may not be great, but it’s coming from the heart," Warren said at the rally.

Warren is not alone. From speeches abroad to domestic appeals, politicians have been known to bring out their foreign language skills when necessary -- and some of them are more talented than others.
