Kendra Wilkinson was taken to the hospital after a car accident in Los Angeles on Sunday.
The former Playboy model was spotted entering Providence Tarzana Medical Center and sources told Us Weekly that the 27-year-old was "in shock" and "really sore" after the accident.
Luckily for Wilkinson, who is mother to a 3-year-old, doctors released her from the hospital after determining she didn't suffer any serious injuries.
"She was taken in earlier. She was discharged already," another source told the magazine.
Wilkson made headlines recently when she quit ABC's new reality diving show "Splash" over fears of injuring herself.
"I'm so sorry, everybody. It's bittersweet. One thing I don't do is quit. This is the first time in my life I've quit something. This will haunt me for the rest of my life," she said in a statement.
Wilkinson's fears may have been justified as "Splash" contestant Nicole Eggert suffered swelling and bruising to her back and kidneys after she reportedly attempted a dive with multiple backflips, but crashed into the water, back first.
