Olivia Wilde is known for playing bisexual characters on TV, but the actress isn't worried about being typecast. In fact, she's proud of her roles on "House" and "The OC."
"I was very proud to represent bisexual characters on both those shows," Wilde said during a recent visit to HuffPost Live. On "House," Wilde played Thirteen, and "The OC," where she played Alex, Marissa Cooper's (Mischa Barton) one-time girlfriend.
"The funny thing is, I played 18 straight girls, but two bisexual women ... that's what people remember me for," Wilde said. "That's fine with me, I was proud to play them. I've had young women come up to me sand say it helped them accept themselves or feel more confident about coming out and that is an honor."
