Chris Paul Buzzer Beater: CP3 Game-Winning Shot Lifts Clippers Past Grizzlies (VIDEO)

WATCH: CP3 Beats Buzzer, Grizzlies

It's plays like this that have people referring to Chris Paul as a "point god" rather than just a point guard. Paul delivered a stunning, off-balance buzzer beater to lift the Clippers past the Grizzlies in Game 2 of their first-round Western Conference playoff series on Monday night.

And he banked it in.

With the score level at 91 after a Marc Gasol dunk, the Clippers called timeout with 13.1 second remaining in regulation. Out of the timeout, the Clippers eventually got the ball into CP3's hand, by way of Jamal Crawford. Defended by Tony Allen out near midcourt, Paul absorbed contact as he began driving to his right. After he got inside the three-point arc, Paul pushed off Allen and then propelled himself toward the rim. With Allen on his hip and Darrell Arthur closing out and reaching high to alter his shot, the 6-foot Paul still managed to get off a right-handed shot.

Glass. Net. Buzzer. Ballgame. Almost.

After a review, the officials would add 0.1 seconds back onto the clock but the Grizzlies had no answer. Paul scored the last eight points for Los Angeles, staving off a late rally by Memphis. The 93-91 win stakes the Clippers to a 2-0 lead in the best-of-seven series.
