The HARD Summer Music Festival sure knows how to internet. The two-day EDM event announced their summer lineup Tuesday with a video of dogs, ducks and kittens flouncing and pouncing to electronic music.
To put the event in context for fans of a certain desert music festival, HARD is like going to Coachella and only hanging out in the Sahara tent, notes Los Angeles Times music writer August Brown. In fact, there are several acts at HARD that already appeared at Coachella this year: 2 Chainz, TNGHT, Baauer (he of the Harlem Shake meme) and Disclosure, notes the Times.
HARD Summer takes place Aug. 3-4 at the Los Angeles State Historic Park and tickets start at $75.
