Can't Make It To The Gym? Try These Home Workouts, From Simone De La Rue (VIDEO)

If you don't have time for the gym, it's important to make time throughout the day for fitness. Celebrity fitness trainer Simone De La Rue shared some clever home workouts when she joined me this week on Mondays With Marlo. Here were some of her ideas:
  • Use milk cartons as weights and do bicep curls with them.
  • Buy a resistance band, stand on it and pull up to do shoulder or tricep extensions.
  • Use your kitchen bench for balance and do pliés to work your quads and glutes.
  • Get a yoga mat or a blanket and do the plank position, or push-ups.
