- Use milk cartons as weights and do bicep curls with them.
- Buy a resistance band, stand on it and pull up to do shoulder or tricep extensions.
- Use your kitchen bench for balance and do pliés to work your quads and glutes.
- Get a yoga mat or a blanket and do the plank position, or push-ups.
