Celebrity fitness trainer Simone De La Rue dropped by Mondays With Marlo to talk about how to maintain your new, slimmer physique. Simone stressed that you should exercise at least three times per week to keep off excess pounds and stick to a diet that is similar to the one you had while you were trying to shed pounds.
