Integrated Prom: Georgia Students Describe Powerful Moment At Wilcox County High School Dance (VIDEO)

Social segregation finally became a thing of the past for students at Wilcox County High School. The school held its first-ever integrated prom on April 27.

On Monday, Prom Committee members Mareshia Rucker, Quanesha Wallace and Brandon Davis joined HuffPost Live to explain how it all went down. They also shared their favorite moment of the night: a unity circle dance set to Rihanna's song "Stay." The students said they have received no backlash over the evening and intend to do what they can to make sure it's a tradition that continues next year.
