Is Lena Dunham following in the footsteps of Hannah Horvath and moving up to North Brooklyn?
According to The Daily News, the "Girls" creator is mulling over the move, and was recently spotted outside the Gretsch Building in Williamsburg where she's said to be eyeing the building's $4.5 million penthouse.
If she made the move, would she also bid adieu to the $500,000 apartment she purchased in Brooklyn Heights last summer? We'll have to see.
As detailed on the Douglas Elliman site, the full floor penthouse in the Gretsch boasts three bedrooms and a 1,900 Sq. Ft. wrap-around terrace with views of Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.
The listing also makes sure to note the "trendy" shops and restaurants surrounding the building, including Dressler and Marlow & Sons.
A far cry from the "livable and trendy but trashy-enough-to complain-about-apartment" we watch Dunham's character dwell in week-to-week, no?
