Rafael Nadal's comeback tour from a knee injury continued on Sunday when he beat Nicolas Almagro in the Barcelona Final, his fourth title in his last five tournaments. The Spaniard showed just how good he has been feeling as he pulled away in the first set with a between-the-legs shot.
Down 5-4 in the set, Almagro tried to go up 40-0 after Nadal approached the net with a lob that sent his opponent back to the baseline. Nadal chased down the ball well beyond the baseline and nailed a shot through his legs and down the line. Almagro was able to return it but hit it into the net on his next shot. Nadal rallied back to win the game and set, 6-4.
"It has been an important week for me to win here again and a great source of joy after everything I have been through," Nadal said after the match, via CBC Sports.
