Everyone wonders whether you're supposed to stretch before or after a workout -- or both! Celebrity fitness trainer Simone De La Rue cleared up our doubts when she joined me on Mondays With Marlo. She recommended basic stretches like calf stretches, quad stretches and yoga positions.
