TASTEMAKERS -- In our line of work, we come across a lot of pork belly. And a lot of really great pork belly too. But we've never seen pork belly prepared quite like Yotam Ottlenghi does it. We have to say, we really like his style. Not only is it perfectly browned, but it's surrounded by fragrant veggies too.
