Cince De Mayo Wedding Inspiration (PHOTOS)

Phenom Photographers

By Cathleya Schroeckenstein for Loverly

More fiesta than formal, we love the idea of hosting a wedding on Cinco de Mayo, melding old Mexican traditions with modern touches for a fabulously festive wedding celebration.

Mexico's flag colors of red, white, and green are a traditional option for a color palette, but we love taking color to the max instead. Fuchsia and red with aqua accents add that pop of color befitting of the day. And don't forget the delicate papel picado bunting, customized to include your names and wedding date, of course! From Mariachi to margarita ice pops, Callejoneada to cascading lace tiers, check out the slideshow for 10 ideas your Cinco de Mayo wedding mustn't be without.
