Zach Galifianakis opened the latest episode of "Saturday Night Live" with a series of absurdly perfect jokes, some of which were delivered as he played a grand piano.

Given the comedian's ability to elicit laughs while doing almost nothing, there were no big gimmicks or musical numbers involving the rest of the cast, just one guy being funny in front of a live audience.
