"The reason why I was looking to make a switch and do something on my own was to be with my family more," said Manasi Gangan, a Boston-based entrepreneur who started Nested Bean, a company that makes a specially shaped wrap for swaddling young babies. Still, working all-out to launch a business isn't always the best way to be with family more.
