This is a pile of puppies. And this video will make your heart melt all over your keyboard.
The absolutely adorable video of a family of puppies at feeding time was posted to YouTube in October, but as far as we're concerned, puppies -- and piles of puppies -- are timeless.
Brooklyn-based filmmaker Keith Hopkin told The Huffington Post that mom, Mia, a white German shepherd, had this particular litter with male, Boo, in the fall of 2012 in Connecticut.
"I've never really been this close to a litter of puppies and it was quite fascinating to see instinct and doggie motherhood at work," Hopkin told HuffPost in an email. "Mia was completely ok with us humans being around her pups but was a lot more protective with Boo. She wouldn't even let him in the room!"
All the puppies have since found great homes, Hopkin added.
