We already have apps that help us find the nearest salons, restaurants, bars and shops. So it was only a matter of time before a yoga studio tracker made its way into the App Store.
Lululemon's new Om Finder app, released last week, allows yogis to find nearby studios and get info on schedules and teachers, as well as reviews from others in the community.
Om Finder is unique in its focus on finding local studios for users, but there are a whole host of yoga-themed apps that feature tips and tricks to improve poses, video tutorials, and even full classes. From a program that allows you to visualize your breathing to asana dictionaries with over 250 poses, these apps make it easier than ever to keep up your practice, no matter how busy you are.
We compiled our favorite apps that can enhance your yoga practice at home or on the go, and tell us: What's your favorite app for stress relief? Share your thoughts in the comments or tweet @HealthyLiving.
Electronic Arts' take on the yoga app is a well-designed, thorough yoga guide -- and one of the best free health apps out there. Yogify offers a variety of free sample classes using over 275 poses. Users will enjoy customizing music while they practice and connected with the app's community on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest. Enjoy 35 hours of free classes, then buy one program for $1.99, a whole level for $3.99, or all classes for $9.99.
A Yelp for yogis, Lululemon's new (and free) Om Finder app helps you track down yoga classes near you, providing tips, teacher info, and schedules for each studio. With functions that also allow you to connect with other members of the local yoga community, it's the perfect app for organizing your yogic life.
It'll cost you $3.99, but if you're a frequently long-distance traveler, the Airplane Yoga app is well worth it. The app is programmed with a number of simple seated postures to boost circulation, release tension and eliminate soreness.

Based on the DVD series, the app offers a 25-minute "yoga bath," and other practices to hep calm the mind from the distractions of city life.
Breathing (pranayama) is one of the most important parts of a good yoga practice. Try beginning your workout with a simple five-minute breathing exercise using Breathing Zone ($3.99), an effective guide to mindful breathing. Hot Yoga Doctor
Bikram yoga enthusiasts can now practice on-the-go with Hot Yoga Doctor ($9.99), which provides a flow through the 26 poses of the practice (minus the heat, of course).
