Frittata Recipes (PHOTOS)

Eating eggs in the morning just got easier.

Making breakfast in the morning isn't always easy. But you know what is easy? Frittatas. These baked eggs are as simple to make as cracking eggs, adding ingredients and throwing it all in the oven to cook unattended. And eggs that don't need tending to -- poached eggs and omelets definitely don't fit in this category -- are a gift to early mornings.

Frittatas fit in with the quiche and strata type of breakfast. This means they take longer to cook than most egg dishes, but they can easily feed a crowd. Also, you can serve them for lunch or dinner too. Frittatas -- making all meals just a little easier.
