Over 19 seasons in the NBA, Jason Kidd served up enough exquisite dishes to add a James Beard Award to all his hoops accolades. He fed his teammates in his various stops with seeing-eye bounce passes, soaring alley-oops and the occasional bowling ball pass.

The No. 2 overall selection in the 1994 NBA Draft, Kidd retired on Monday with the second-most career assists all time and the third-most career triple doubles.
